When it comes to Capital Markets, Firstwaters is among the leading consulting companies for the automation of back-office processes in D/A/CH region. With the introduction of the Calypso standard software in the back office, our consultants have managed to increase STP rates for transaction settlement to above the 99.5% level.
Our consultants make use of their detailed knowledge of back-office settlement processes and the accompanying exceptions to implement error-resilient workflows in Calypso. Our clients only have to manually intervene in settlement in certain individual cases.
