Successful transformations.

Spin-off of a reporting service unit into a subsidiary

Firstwaters supported a renowned German financial service provider in the transfer of employees, client relationships and operational processes from a reporting service unit to a newly founded subsidiary. The project tasks included the planning and management of migration activities from the IT perspective in close coordination with various European supervisory authorities.

Reorganisation of a group-wide Treasury landscape.

The goal of an international banking group was the reorganisation of the entire Treasury platform, including replacement and migration of two core banking systems. Firstwaters was responsible for change management group-wide: beginning with the implementation of strategies and processes and consulting on the change processes through to anchoring the changes in the group culture after the successful launch.

Outsourcing Treasury on a group level.

A major German bank tasked Firstwaters with the outsourcing of its Treasury business to the global processing platform of the corporate group. The goal was to use the systems and the service processes of the global processing platform of the group for trading and settling its Treasury transactions.
