Firstwaters supports second client in Calypso Release Upgrade to R16
Another customer wants to upgrade the Calypso installation to a new release. The Calypso release upgrade from version 12 to version 16.1 requires extensive technical and functional adjustments and can therefore not be considered a "like to like" upgrade. Firstwaters takes over the planning and implementation in an agile working environment with a team of business analysts and developers. Our many years of Calypso expertise as well as the successful R16 upgrade at a further client make us a strong partner.
Firstwaters successfully supports client in the digitalization of the change management process
An international financial services provider has digitalized its group-wide change management by setting up a central IT platform with standardized roles, processes and quality gates. This has resulted in considerable time savings in the approval of change applications within the group. Firstwaters contributed significantly to the successful completion of the project by taking over the business analysis.
Firstwaters supports clients with their projects even in times of crisis
Despite the Corona Pandemic and the associated social distancing, we have been able to maintain and further advance important projects together with our customers in recent weeks. We would like to thank our customers for the high flexibility in setting up remote access and digital workstations via home office regulations as well as for the close communication and cooperative partnership. We wish everyone good health!
