Firstwaters becomes part of Be Shaping The Future Group

Firstwaters and Be Shaping The Future have reached an agreement on the Be Group's entry into Firstwaters. In a first step, it is planned that the Be Group will acquire 86% of the shares of Firstwaters. The transaction is expected to be completed in the next 3-4 weeks. The Be Group is one of the leading consultancies for the financial services sector in Europe, supporting clients with more than 1300 highly qualified specialists in the implementation of complex projects. Discussions with Be Group have shown that Firstwaters and Be Group share the same passion and commitment to support financial market participants with outstanding advisory services. In this new constellation, Firstwaters will use the joint potential and synergies within the Group to further develop its successful business model. We are looking forward to the future cooperation within the Be Group and the growth opportunities that will now arise in the DACH region.
